"Alumni Updates" highlights career achievements by College of Education alumni.

— Emily R. Aguiló-Pérez, an assistant professor of English at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, who earned a doctorate in curriculum and instruction from Penn State, has a new book, “An American Icon in Puerto Rico,” published by Berghahn Books.

— Megan Lynch, a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Florida College of Education and Human Services (COEHS), who received a doctorate in curriculum and instruction from Penn State, has been honored with the COEHS Outstanding Dissertation Award. Lynch’s dissertation can be read here.
