UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Students, staff and faculty members from Penn State's College of Education share recent research and career achievements.

·      Gilberto Q. Conchas, Wayne K. and Anita Woolfolk Hoy Endowed Professor of Education, and Leticia Oseguera, professor and scientist of education (higher education), co-edited a special edition of the Journal of Leadership, Equity, and Research (JLER), “Latina/o/x and Postsecondary Education: Advancing Organizational and Institutional Opportunities Aimed to Disrupt Deficit Narratives and Expand Latina/o/x Postsecondary Education Success.”

·      Beverly Lindsay, professor emerita of education, recently published her ninth book, “Higher Education Policy in Developing and Western Nations,” through Routledge. The book explores the applications of domestic and global policies in a range of industrialized nations in North America and Australia, and developing ones of Brazil, Indonesia, Myanmar, and in Southern Africa and the Caribbean.
