Chapter proposals welcome

The UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning (UIL) welcomes chapter proposals for an edited volume on “Family and intergenerational literacy and learning: International perspectives.” Esther Prins, professor of education (lifelong learning and adult education) will be one of the book editors. The 300-word chapter proposals are due March 7. For details about submission guidelines, contact the editors at: uil-fill@unesco.org.

WPSU webinar series

WPSU is hosting a webinar series aimed at providing educators with important resources for themselves and their students. The webinars will be held Feb. 16, March 22 and April 12 through the Pennsylvania PBS Your Learning Neighborhood initiative. All three webinars are free, but registration is required. Act 48 credit is also available for participants. Find more information here.
