Spikes' season to affect campus parking
The State College Spikes' 2019 New York-Penn League season is now underway. The Spikes play their home games at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park. Beginning approximately two hours prior to the start of each home game, Jordan East, Stadium West and Porter North will be reserved for Spikes baseball parking at a rate of $5 per vehicle. Vehicles with a valid Penn State faculty/staff or student parking permit will be permitted to park at Jordan East or Stadium West at no additional fee. Porter North will be reserved for Spikes parking only, including VIP parking.
Penn State organizations who typically use or offer use of the commuter lots for evening and/or weekend events to individuals who do not possess valid Penn State parking permits should contact Transportation Services to make advance arrangements for permits. Vehicles without a valid Penn State parking permit will be subject to the $5 event fee, regardless of their event or circumstance. If there are any questions, email parking@psu.edu or call 814-865-1436.
If you have an announcement you would like to share with the College of Education, send it via email to edrelations@psu.edu. Submissions must include a contact name and telephone number so that Connections can verify the information.
