Walk-up Covid-19 testing for faculty and staff

Penn State is offering on-demand, asymptomatic COVID-19 testing for faculty and staff who are working on campus at University Park and wish to be tested, until Oct. 2. Walk-up COVID-19 testing for employees who are listed in the University’s Return to Work database is available in the basement level of the HUB Parking Deck. The testing center is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is open for employees only from 9 to 10 a.m. each day.

Registration is not required. Employees who wish to be tested must bring identification and a smart phone and refrain from eating, drinking, chewing or smoking 30 minutes before arriving for their tests.

Employees who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 will not be tested at the walk-up testing site. Any employee who feels sick with COVID-19-like symptoms should stay home and call their health care provider to arrange for a symptomatic test.

Penn State Housing Fair

The Penn State Housing Fair, hosted by the Office of Off Campus Student Support, a unit of Penn State Student Affairs, will be held virtually from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7. All University Park students and their families are welcome to attend the free event which provides information about on- and off-campus housing options for students. Event registration is now open.
