Issues of diversity, equity and inclusion have never been more crucial to companies, their employees, and society. The pandemic has brought changes in the workplace and the "Great Resignation" has created turnover at an all-time high. A resurgence of focus on civil rights and social justice inspired many companies to step up their commitment to diversity and inclusion. These significant changes to the new workplace do not exist in separate silos from the organization’s DEI goals, but should provide opportunities to incorporate DEI into all areas of the business.
