MALVERN, Pa. — Join Penn State Great Valley for a virtual conversation as Art Anderson, John Gronski, and Tom Interrante discuss their career paths and the necessity for sound leadership practices in business and industry.
Anderson is the managing principal for AH Anderson Consulting LLC. He has more than 35 years of specialty chemicals business and consulting experience, including leadership positions at Fortune 500 company Air Products in sales, marketing, product management and regional P&L management. For the last five years, he has operated a strategic advisory practice providing hands-on support to companies in the industrial gas and specialty chemicals industries.
Gronski is a leadership consultant and trainer, international speaker, executive coach, author, and graduate of the MBA program at Penn State Great Valley. He served 40 years in the United States Army, both on active duty and in the Pennsylvania National Guard, and has commanded infantry units at every level from a 140-soldier company to a 15,000-soldier division. He also is the founder and CEO of Leader Grove LLC, a leadership consulting firm.
Interrante is the director of corporate support and revenue development at WXPN, where he leads the underwriting team for the Philadelphia, North Jersey and Central Pennsylvania regions. Under his leadership, his team has consistently generated double-digit growth, while exceeding goals and setting National Public Radio revenue benchmarks. He also has led equally successful sales teams for CBS Radio, I Heart Radio, and Cox Media.
