Spring Wild Edibles & Medicinal Weeds Walk

Join the Penn State Great Valley Sustainability Committee to celebrate Earth Week! Martha Cownap, head herbal gardener at Camphill Village Kimberton Hills, will lead us on another educational walk through the campus' pollinator path to learn about native plants growing on our campus during spring. We will talk about how to identify edible and medicinal plants, have an opportunity to taste them, and learn traditional uses for them.

This session will take place OUTSIDE. Please dress for the weather and meet outside the entrance to the Main Building. In case of inclement weather, the presentation will be indoors.
