Are you on the fence about pursuing a graduate program? Come to Penn State Great Valley for the opportunity to "test drive" a class to get a feel for what it's like to be a student. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the session to allow time to find the classroom and get situated.

The application of engineering best practices to the requirements, analysis, and design of large software-centric systems will be presented. This will include state-of-the-art software modeling techniques, the Unified Modeling Language and the Unified Process, and tried and tested structured approaches. Students will learn how to analyze customer requirements and systematically develop complete software specifications to meet those requirements using appropriate techniques for the application domain.
