Penn State Great Valley will host “Success in Manufacturing: The Female Perspective” on Thursday, Sept. 29, at 5 p.m.
Hosted by Women in Manufacturing Eastern PA and funded by the AMETEK Diversity and STEM Program, the event will kick off with networking followed by a panel of multi-generational women in leadership discussing how they took the road less traveled in manufacturing and how they navigated different challenges.
The panel comprises Karen Norheim, president and CEO, American Crane; Jai Aja, enterprise customer success manager, Rockwell Automation; and Kethe Trevisan, manufacturing engineer, LTS, Mack Trucks.
