John Moeller, author of "Dining at the White House," will come to Penn State Great Valley Wednesday, Feb. 9, to discuss his journey as a White House chef.
Moeller was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and went on to spend 13 years working as a White House chef to three presidents, their families and special guests. He will share behind-the-scenes stories, not just of cooking, but of all things related to what it’s like living in the White House. Copies of his book will be available for purchase and signing.
“Dining at the White House: A Conversation with Chef John Moeller” will be held at 7 p.m. in Great Valley’s Conference Center Building. The event is free to attend, but advance registration is required.
