Advanced information technology is changing the way professionals lead. Penn State Great Valley’s master of leadership development program addresses this concern as part of its annual Leadership in Action series. “Leading in the Digital Age: Are You Connected for Success?” will be held from 5:30 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, March 26, in Musser Auditorium, The Conference Center, 30 E. Swedesford Road, Malvern, Pa.

The event will feature an expert panel presenting their cutting-edge research and best practices for harnessing technologies to develop leadership behaviors linked to individual, team and organizational performance. Discussions will include how students and alumni of the leadership development program have used these practices to promote positive change in their organizations and lives.
