Harrisburg women's flag football team wins inaugural United East title

MIDDLETOWN, Pa. — Penn State Harrisburg's women's flag football team defeated top-seeded Gallaudet University 12-7 in the United East Championship game April 25 in Washington D.C., capturing the conference's inaugural flag football title.

Defensive back Bianca Williams was named the United East Championship Tournament MVP with 10 total tackles, including nine solo stops and a sack. 

Earlier in the day, the Harrisburg team beat Cairn University 27-21 in a semifinal matchup.
