Amy Dugan, with the Alumni Association, whose nominator wrote: "Amy's work with our top volunteers at the Penn State Alumni Association positions them to have a meaningful and successful leadership experience. She is also the person that thinks of everything."

Fay Youngmark, at Penn State Harrisburg, whose nominator wrote: "Fay always goes the extra mile in partnering with the other units on campus. Need a room in the Library? She'll have a suggestion. Want to get books or calculators on reserve? She'll get them ready. Her first answer is always, "Sure, I think we can find a way to do that!"
