HERSHEY, Pa. — Millions more people are considered to have high blood pressure due to new guidelines released recently. Dr. Steven Ettinger, an interventional cardiologist at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, says the new guidance is a step in the right direction.

In this video, Ettinger explains the significance of the new guidelines — and the role of lifestyle changes and medication in mitigating high blood pressure.
