HERSHEY, Pa. — Santa Claus took some time out of his busy schedule on Dec. 14 to virtually visit Penn State Health Children’s Hospital. The hospital’s Child Life Program and Cisco Systems arranged for the direct, live connection between the North Pole and the Children’s Hospital, which allowed children to tell the big man in the red suit what’s on their wish lists via tablet computer. Child Life staff helped to facilitate the room-to-room visits. Penn State Health’s Information Services team helped to make the connection, and ePlus helped to fund the annual visit.
