Again this year, hundreds of Penn State students spent 46 straight hours on their feet, dancing for a cure to childhood cancer – and thousands more worked to make the whole event possible. The patients, families, faculty, and staff at Penn State Children's Hospital have something to say to all of them: THANK YOU!
The 2017 Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon raised $10,045,478.44 for Four Diamonds, to benefit children battling cancer and their families at Penn State Children’s Hospital. THON represents the culmination of a year-long fundraising effort that engages 16,500 student volunteers. It is the largest student-run philanthropy in the world. Since 1977, THON has raised more than $147 million for Four Diamonds.
