UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — For University executives, non-academic administrators and full-time staff employees, the final step of the 2023-24 performance review cycle, the End-of-Year (EOY) review, begins Thursday, Feb. 15, and must be completed by Sunday, March 31.
To help employees plan their time during this last phase, Penn State Human Resources has put together a suggested timeline which lists each step in the process, due dates, and required employee and manager actions. Additionally, there are a variety of resources available to support this activity:

As a reminder, the current review cycle includes activities from April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024.
“Penn State’s employees are one of the University’s most valuable assets, and the review process provides managers and employees an important opportunity to connect, and to reflect on and celebrate the past year’s accomplishments,” said Christy Helms, senior director of talent management. “It’s also a chance to start thinking about next year and talking about our goals and objectives — how we want to grow, what we want to achieve personally and how we can help to support our unit and the broader mission of the University.”
Executives, non-academic administrators, and full-time staff employees and managers can contact HR Services with questions regarding this year’s performance review cycle by calling 814-865-1473 or by submitting an inquiry via WorkLion.
