UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Mount Nittany Physician Group has announced that they have become a member of Penn State Health Care Partners, a clinically-integrated network that includes Penn State Hershey Medical Center and Medical Group practices, as well as Penn State Health – St. Joseph, Integrated Medical Group and Lancaster-based Physicians’ Alliance.
“The benefit of the CIN is that it gives Penn State faculty and staff, and their families access to broader resources to monitor any special health conditions, such as asthma, coronary artery disease, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, and obesity,” said David Gray, Penn State’s Senior Vice President for Finance and Business. “We’re excited about this partnership and look forward to providing more information on additional advantages of the CIN in coming months.”
Penn State will provide more information through Penn State Today and additional sources on how Penn State Health Care Partners will work with faculty and staff and their families to better manage and improve their overall health.
