UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — University holidays for 2024, as outlined in Policy HR34, have been updated on the Penn State Human Resources website and are as follows:

New Year's Day: Monday, Jan. 1

Martin Luther King Jr. Day: Monday, Jan. 15

Memorial Day: Monday, May 27

Juneteenth: Wednesday, June 19

Independence Day: Thursday, July 4

Labor Day: Monday, Sept. 2

Thanksgiving Day: Thursday, Nov. 28

• The Friday after Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 29, is classified as a "Campus Closedown."

Winter Break: Dec. 24, 25, 26, 27, 30, 31, and Jan. 1, 2025
