Penn State pride and passion drive this year's Volunteer Award recipients

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Dedicated and passionate volunteers make the Penn State alumni family the most impactful network in the world. 

 

The four individual recipients of the Penn State Alumni Association’s 2016 Volunteer Awards are impressive and shining examples of the work Alumni Association volunteers are doing to enhance Penn State and its reputation. It’s because of our dedicated volunteers that the Alumni Association represents Penn Staters worldwide. We inspire pride, we support student opportunities, and we look to connect Penn Staters like you to each other and back to your alma mater.

The Volunteer Awards are an opportunity to recognize exemplary service by alumni and affiliate groups who have contributed their time, leadership and talent on behalf of the Alumni Association and Penn State, and the Alumni Association recognized this year’s 20 group and four individual recipients in October
