Underrepresented high school students can join Feb. 3 Virtual 'Let's Ride' event

'Reach Individuals and Direct them to Higher Education' to offer evening of workshops, campus tours and social activities

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — In honor of Black History Month, the Penn State Undergraduate Admissions Office of Multicultural Outreach is hosting the Virtual Let’s R.I.D.E. — Reach Individuals and Direct them to Higher Education — event, on Wednesday, Feb. 3.

This year’s Virtual Let’s R.I.D.E. is open to all underrepresented high school students nationwide.

Historically, Let’s R.I.D.E. is a one-day bus trip in which the Multicultural Outreach Office invites and hosts approximately 250-350 underrepresented high school students from Pennsylvania to the University Park campus for workshops, campus tours and social activities.
