Penn State’s IT Help Portal will soon relaunch with additional content and resources in order to provide more intuitive and effective information technology support for the University community.
Debuting on Jan. 27, the redesigned help.psu.edu will incorporate all content from the current Service Management Office (SMO) website along with features requested by IT professionals who participated in stakeholder engagements this fall. These sessions sought ways to consolidate and modernize resources, eliminate duplication and better ensure user success.
The new IT Help Portal will be updated based on additional stakeholder feedback from students, faculty and staff during later phases of the project. The current SMO site will be decommissioned.
More information about the new portal and resources on how to use its new features and interface will be announced later this month.
