IT Walk-Ups provide in-person tech support at on-campus locations

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Facilitated through the IT Service Desk, IT Walk-Ups offer Penn State students, faculty and staff free technology support at three convenient locations on the University Park campus.

These IT Walk-Up locations can be found at Findlay Commons in East Halls, Pollock Commons in Pollock Halls, and Knowledge Commons in Pattee Library. IT support also is available online at the IT Help Portal, by email at ITservicedesk@psu.edu, or by phone at 814-865-HELP (4357).
