UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — As the fall semester approaches, Teaching and Learning with Technology is reminding faculty that the Tech Tutors are available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday through Friday to provide support in Zoom, Canvas, Kaltura, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other technology platforms used in their courses. This support is offered outside of class as faculty set up their courses and to troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Tech Tutors also can help anyone hosting a virtual event, such as a conference or webinar, with advance preparations.

Visit techtutors.psu.edu to learn more and schedule a virtual appointment, or email techtutor@psu.edu with any questions.

Beginning in September, in-person, walk-in appointments with Tech Tutors will be available from 1 to 3 p.m. on weekdays in the Pollock Testing Center.

The Tech Tutors program has been providing personalized consultations to faculty for the past 13 years. The companion Tech TA program was launched in 2020 to provide in-class technology support to faculty during the period of remote instruction. Now that the majority of courses are in-person, the Tech TA program will no longer be offered.
