Women's lacrosse coach Missy Doherty notches 200th victory

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State women's lacrosse head coach Missy Doherty marked her 200th victory on Feb. 23, defeating Duquesne 18-4 in Pittsburgh.

Doherty has served as Penn State women's lacrosse head coach for 12 seasons, and she has been a head coach for 18 seasons.

She holds a 200-123 overall record. 

"I can't imagine a better team to have this win with than this year's team," Doherty said. "The are awesome hard workers and just a great team altogether."
