"Dare to Disrupt" host Ryan Newman will delve into Rosenberg’s entrepreneurial journey, unveiling the stories leading up to his present success.

Attendees will hear about Rosenberg’s experience starting and expanding a fast-casual stir-fry and salad restaurant chain to more than 40 locations across the northeastern U.S. He will give the audience insight into the strategies he employed to cultivate and sustain his restaurant chain, all while maintaining a keen awareness of and actively enriching the communities he serves.

Rosenberg graduated from Penn State in 2004 with a degree in history from the College of the Liberal Arts.

Following this engaging discussion, audience members will have the opportunity to steer the conversation and pose their own questions to Rosenberg during the podcast recording.

The event is free and open to the public. The event is part of Penn State Startup Week powered by PNC, and is hosted in partnership with the Penn State Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in celebration of SBDC Day, a nationally recognized commemoration of America's Small Business Development Centers' impact on the success of our nation's small businesses.

Attendees should come prepared to ask Rosenberg questions of their own as part of the Q&A portion of the podcast interview. Limited seating will be available, so those interested should register for the event by adding it to their Startup Week schedule
