For all new prospective students interested in becoming Penn Staters, the Office of Admissions at Penn State Lehigh Valley has announced the following extended application deadline dates for fall 2020:
- Aug. 16 - online application submission deadline in MyPennState
- ASAP - Submit all required application materials to make your application complete
- College transcript(s)
- Self-Reported Academic Record
- Official SAT or ACT scores
- Aug. 21 - Deadline to accept offer of admission in MyPennState
To successfully apply to Penn State, students must:
- Create a MyPennState account
- Submit the online application
- Submit required application materials (college transcripts, Self-Reported Academic Record, and/or SAT or ACT scores)
- SAT and/or ACT scores. Standardized test scores must be submitted electronically from the testing service. If you were unable to take either exam, contact the admissions office and they will work with you.

- ACT (code #3656)

A prospective student’s application will be complete after all of these materials have been received. Prospective students also can check the status of their application and obtain updates by logging into their MyPennState account.
