The Penn State Lehigh Valley veterans fraternity Omega Delta Sigma will serve as host for the campus's 2015 commemoration of Veterans Day at 12:45 p.m. on Nov. 11 in room 135 at the campus in Center Valley.

This year's event pays tribute to our community’s military service members and veterans. Join Omega Delta Sigma for Penn State Lehigh Valley’s Salute to Our Veterans program as they offer our thanks to the brave men and women for their sacrifices. The event is free and open to the public.

The event organizers have chosen to use the observance as an opportunity to shed light on real issues that service men and women face due to their military obligation.

Speakers this year will include: veterans of various military branches, who remain active in the Lehigh Valley veteran community. After sharing their personal perspectives, a question-and-answer session will allow audience members to interact with the speakers. Refreshments will be served.
