UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Members of the Penn State and greater State College communities are invited to attend a Celebration of Life honoring the late Susan Welch, long-time dean of the Penn State College of the Liberal Arts, who passed away earlier this year.
The celebration will take place Saturday, Aug. 13, at 10:30 a.m. in the Pasquerilla Spiritual Center on the Penn State University Park campus.
