UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Liberal Arts Career Week is a weeklong event designed to provide students with opportunities to develop professional skills and networking that will support their future career paths. Beginning Jan. 16, students in the College of the Liberal Arts are invited to participate in employer and alumni panels and workshops where they will learn the necessary skills to embark on their career journey and achieve success in their professional lives. Attending employers include Target, Vanguard, Liberty Mutual, Teach For America and Planned Parenthood.
“The Liberal Arts Career Week is a great way for liberal arts students to learn more about many different career options,” said Katie Wysocki, assistant director of the Career Enrichment Network. “The week also gives students the opportunity to network with recruiters and alumni and gain valuable professional skills to support their future career success.”
