Political science alum to present: 'Thinking about Toxic, Violent, Evil People'

Penn State Justice Association sponsoring the free, public event on April 4

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State alumnus Frank Marsh, who graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in political science, will discuss “Thinking about Toxic, Violent, and Evil People” at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 4, in 362 Willard Building at University Park. The Penn State Justice Association is sponsoring the event, which is open to the public.

Marsh is a tradecraft specialist with the U.S. Marine Corps Intelligence Activity. He was previously an FBI Academy instructor and a member of the bureau’s Behavioral Science Unit. Marsh also served as a National Drug Intelligence Center training supervisor, a U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration intelligence analyst, and a U.S. Marine Corps intelligence officer. He is an expert in communication analysis, interrogation methods, and the “psychology of evil.” Marsh was featured in the History Channel’s “The Secrets of Body Language” documentary and has assisted numerous law enforcement agencies in criminal investigations.

Marsh will be available after his talk to answer questions about federal law enforcement and intelligence careers.
