The Association of Indians at Hershey will present “Celebrating Diwali – The Festival of Lights,” a night filled with cultural dances, music, and Indian food. There also will be traditional jewelry, attire and crafts on sale, and free Mehendi (henna) tattoos.

The event will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 9, in Lecture Room A on the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center campus. Tickets will be on sale from noon to 1 p.m. beginning Oct. 29 through Nov. 2, in the Rotunda Cafe. The cost for students is $13, nonstudents $15, and at the door (if available) the ticket cost will be $17. Children ages 10 years and younger are free.
