On Sept. 18, Charles Smith, founder and CEO of Apogee Biotechnology Corporation, will serve as the speaker at the Entrepreneur’s Roundtable from noon to 1 p.m. at the Hershey Center for Applied Research, room 1101.
Students and post-docs are invited to hear Smith’s journey as an academic scientist turned entrepreneur. As a founding member of two early stage drug discovery companies, Smith will share how his extensive experience in drug discovery and cancer pharmacology lead him down the path to company formation.
The Entrepreneur’s Roundtable is a highly interactive session designed for graduate students, medical students and post-docs to build their network while exploring a career with industry or a start-up company.
