HERSHEY, Pa. -- Explore the path to integrating practical, mindfulness-based stress reduction skills into everyday life in the upcoming session of Mindfulness Meditation with Joshua David O’Brien at the Penn State Hershey University Fitness Center. In this eight-week session starting June 25, participants will learn mindfulness practices and exercises to identify and reduce stress and gain new coping skills to manage stress.
The class fee is $75 if paid in advance or $80 if paid the day of the first class. Fitness Center specialty classes like Mindfulness Meditation do not require fitness center membership so non-members are welcome.
