UPPER BURRELL, Pa. -- Penn State New Kensington's annual fall scholarship reception is set for 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 15, at Hill Crest Country Club in in Lower Burrell. More than 100 students and donors will be recognized for their outstanding achievements.
The reception gives students who receive scholarships and benefactors who establish scholarships a chance to meet face to face. Students attending the reception can deliverer personal thanks to their donors, who, in turn, see the personification of their philanthropic endeavors.
Invitations will be sent out in September. Additional information will be emailed to recipients and posted on the campus Facebook page.
