'Building a Better Budget’ webinar scheduled for Jan. 23

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Sokolov-Miller Family Financial and Life Skills Center will hold a public webinar at noon on Jan. 23 on “Building a Better Budget.” 

Creating and following a budget is the foundation of financial wellness. A good working budget not only boosts financial stability but can also help prevent overspending and unwanted financial surprises. The “Building a Better Budget” webinar will help empower participants to build and use their own budget. Throughout the webinar, participants will be guided through the process of creating a budget and introduced to a variety of available budgeting tools and resources.

The Sokolov-Miller Family Financial and Life Skills Center offers services to the entire Penn State community and is part of Penn State Undergraduate Education.
