Emma Sutterlin named Penn College ‘Student of the Month’

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Emma J. Sutterlin, an applied health studies: occupational therapy assistant concentration major from State College, has been chosen as the December/January Student of the Month at the Pennsylvania College of Technology.A resident assistant in on-campus housing and a “Link” in Penn College’s Connections orientation program, Sutterlin is a 2013 graduate of State College Area High School.
