WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Jessica R. Wiegand, a business administration-marketing concentration major from Trout Run, has been chosen as September’s Student of the Month at the Pennsylvania College of Technology.A member of the Wildcat cross-country team and the Blue Crew campus-pride organization, Wiegand also works part time in the college’s Student Activities Office.“Her involvement and dedication to this school go further than her academic capability and grade standards,” her nominator said. “Jessica shows true value in participating in multiple events, organizations and work for Penn College, all while achieving good grades.
