WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Pennsylvania College of Technology recently held a grand reopening celebration for Nature’s Cove, one of its 10 dining units.

Nature’s Cove updated its dining room with new cabinets and countertops, a larger soda fountain and updated merchandising coolers, additional seating with new dining room chairs, and a fresh coat of paint.

“Nature’s Cove was in need of an update,” said Jason K. Eichensehr, dining unit manager. “We needed to make a few changes to serve our students and customers better.”

The grand reopening celebration included a “vine-cutting” with members of Dining Services and college administration, as well as cake, free Pepsi product samples, and a “5-Buck” lunch special.

Nature’s Cove is in the college’s Schneebeli Earth Science Center near Montgomery. Open Monday through Friday, the dining unit serves breakfast and lunch to approximately 300 students, staff and faculty associated with the School of Transportation & Natural Resources Technologies.
