WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Pennsylvania College of Technology will offer two levels of QuickBooks accounting software classes this fall designed to help participants better run their businesses.
QuickBooks: Level 1
New users will be introduced to the features of QuickBooks. Course topics include company setup, working with lists, setting up inventory, selling your product, invoicing for services, processing payments, working with bank accounts, and entering and paying bills.
QuickBooks Level 1 is scheduled from 6 to 9 p.m. on Wednesdays, Sept. 21 and 28.
QuickBooks: Level 2
Continue to learn the powerful features of QuickBooks. Participants will learn to memorize transactions, customize forms, use other QuickBooks accounts, create and customize reports and graphs, track and pay sales tax, and prepare payroll with QuickBooks.
QuickBooks Level 2 is scheduled from 6 to 9 p.m. on Wednesdays, Oct. 12 and 19.
Both classes will be held in the Center for Business & Workforce Development on Penn College’s main campus in Williamsport. The cost for each class is $189.
