Pennsylvania Department of Health secretary Michael Wolf joins the Innovation Café from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 14, to discuss the state of the life science and health care industries in Pennsylvania. The Innovation Café networking event, sponsored by the Office of Technology Development at Penn State Hershey, will be held at the Penn State Hershey University Conference Center.
Wolf will share his vision on this high growth industry section vital to Pennsylvania’s economy. As the commonwealth’s top regulator, Wolf’s vision for Pennsylvania is to see increased health care access in underserved areas of the state, as well as growth in the capabilities of high-quality care.
Following secretary Wolf’s discussion, Penn State Hershey spin-off company, Oncoceutics, will share a brief update on the significant milestones achieved in cancer therapeutics.
