Engage Podcast episode discusses team science

Penn State Clinical and Translational Science Institute released the latest episode of its Engage Podcast, discussing the importance of team science. 

In the podcast episode, Susan Mohammed, a professor of psychology, discusses how the study of team dynamics strengthens teams and the application of team science tools and techniques builds strong team foundations. She also discusses her research into the effects of the perception of time on team performance. 

Mohammed provides team science consultations to Penn State research teams as part of the Clinical and Translational Science Institute’s services. She also compiled a Team Science Toolbox with practical tools and techniques to assist with common team needs during formation, launch, maturation and assessment.
