Penn State researchers provide informed commentary on the impacts of the coronavirus pandemic on special education service delivery in Pennsylvania. Early reports suggest that students may re-enter school in the fall of 2020 almost a full year behind academically. However, Penn State researchers note there are steps parents, educators, schools and policymakers can take to help mitigate this impact.
