UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Schreyer Honors College is set to host its annual "Connect Networking and Career Day" on Saturday, March 25, from 1 to 5 p.m. in the Forest Resources Building.

“We are thrilled to welcome back nearly three dozen Scholar alumni for this signature event,” said Patrick Mather, dean of Schreyer Honors College. “It’s a testament to their desire to give back to current Scholars that they’re traveling to University Park on a Saturday to share their valuable experiences and perspectives.”

The conference is sponsored by the David S. Rocchino Family Foundation, is the Honors College’s largest career-related event of the year and features presentations, panel discussions, and networking opportunities throughout the day. "Connect" is also made possible thanks to support from the Scholar Alumni Society Board such as event planning and facilitating panel discussions.

The lineup of this year’s Scholar alumni panelists is available online so that attendees can start to plan out their day. At the conference, current Schreyer Scholars will be able to speak with experts in the fields of law, finance, medicine, entrepreneurship, education and more.

Additionally, a professional photographer will be on site to take complimentary head shots.

Schreyer Scholars are required to RSVP for "Connect" by Friday, March 17, at noon. Questions about the event can be emailed to Tracie White, career development administrative assistant, at SHCCareerDev@psu.edu.
