UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Undergraduates interested in pursuing international research and study opportunities are encouraged to attend events offered March 20-24 at University Park as part of United Kingdom Fellowships Week.

Sponsored by Penn State’s University Fellowships Office, the week will highlight relevant academic programs based in the U.K. and Ireland, as well as provide guidance for completing fellowship applications.

“We are hosting U.K. Week to make the Penn State community aware of the many diverse opportunities that exist for students to pursue academic and scholarly pursuits at some of the world’s top institutions,” said Tanya Furman, interim director of the University Fellowships Office and associate vice president and associate dean for Undergraduate Education.

“Penn State students are well-prepared for these opportunities, and we hope to increase the number who will seek and receive them.”
