This Supervision Essentials Series focuses on developing practical skills in four key areas related to successfully supervising and leading today’s individuals and teams. This Penn State program provides an excellent opportunity for newer supervisors, as well as those looking to advance to a supervisory position and move beyond the “basics” with a better understanding of supervisory skills and competencies.

Schedule

First Session

The first eight-week session explores supervisory roles and responsibilities and managing employee performance.

• Wednesdays
• April 20 through June 8
• 9 a.m. to noon
• Registration deadline: Monday, April 11

This course is a $1,200 investment and includes all course materials. Discounts apply for Consortium of Co-Op Employers and Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce members. This course is offered in hybrid format, allowing students to participate virtually via Zoom or attend the class in person at Penn State Schuylkill.
