A screening of the film "I Cento Passi" (One Hundred Steps) will be held as part of the "Confronting Cinematic Stereotypes" course at Penn State Schuylkill.

This non-credit course is $30 for community members, and free for faculty and staff members (code included in the campus newsletter).

"I Cento Passi" takes place in Palermo and focuses on Peppino Impastato's public battle with his mafioso father. The award-winning film is in the Sicilian dialect and takes a powerful stance against the Sicilian mafia (Cosa nostra). Screened with English subtitles.
