MRI Post-Primary Certification course

Penn State Schuylkill is offering a a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Post-Primary Certification course, which fulfills the requirements set forth by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). The course intends to help participants achieve their goal of successfully passing the MRI registry and provide a strong foundation to excel in the field. This course is offered to participants who have earned an associate degree in radiological sciences or have a post-primary certification.
The MRI Post-Primary Certification program takes places over the fall and spring semesters. Throughout both semesters students will complete coursework online with a facilitator, as well as 16 hours of on-site clinical training in a health care facility each week. Following successful completion of the course, participants will be eligible to sit for the ARRT Certification.
