Seminar: How to conduct research in the Federal Statistical Research Data Center

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM / March 22, 2022

Join the Social Science Research Institute on March 22 at 1 p.m. as Emily Greenman, administrator of Penn State's Federal Statistical Research Data Center (FSRDC), and Mark Roberts, professor of economics and FSRDC director, provide faculty and graduate students with information on conducting research at the FSRDC in the Paterno Library.

The seminar will discuss access requirements, how to develop a research proposal, and an overview of data that is available within the FSRDC.

The FSRDC is one of 30 networked data centers across the country that provides researchers access to restricted economic, demographic, and health data collected by the U.S. Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics, National Center for Health Statistics, Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, Bureau of Justice Statistics, and other Federal agencies.
